Terms of Service

I am Odebode Taiwo, operating as The Impact Crew. These terms apply to my services and direct bookings. For Fiverr or Upwork orders, their platform rules govern payment, refunds and disputes where applicable.
Scope and deliverables
I agree on the scope, deliverables, price, revision rounds and estimated timeline in writing before work begins. You supply the content, access and permissions needed for the project. New requirements or changes to the brief may require a separate quote and revised schedule, agreed before additional work starts.
Payments
Direct bookings require a 50% upfront deposit before I start and the remaining 50% on delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Ethereum). I confirm the method, currency and payment details privately in writing. Fiverr and Upwork bookings follow their platform payment rules.
Revisions
Standard packages include 2–3 revision rounds, with the exact number agreed in writing. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback refining the original brief. I'll revise the work within the agreed scope and revision rounds until it meets the agreed requirements. Additional rounds, new directions or extra deliverables are quoted separately before proceeding.
Timelines and support
I confirm a project-specific timeline before starting. Delivery depends on scope and your timely feedback, content and access. Scope changes, client delays or third-party outages may affect dates; I communicate revised estimates. Any post-launch support period and its coverage are confirmed in the written agreement.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp. Before work starts, I refund the deposit in full. After work starts, I assess the work completed against the agreed scope and refund any unearned portion of payments received. I explain the calculation in writing. Once substantial work has been delivered, payments covering that completed work are not refundable, subject to applicable law. If I cancel, I provide completed work covered by payment and refund any unearned balance. Platform orders follow the platform's cancellation and refund process.
Ownership
Ownership of custom project deliverables transfers to you after full payment. Third-party themes, software, fonts and assets remain subject to their own licences and fees. You remain responsible for rights to materials you supply.
Limitation of liability
I do not guarantee sales, search rankings, review removal, funding or other business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Please contact me first to try to resolve any concern amicably. Updated terms apply to future bookings; existing projects follow the terms agreed when booked.
