When you contact me through WhatsApp, email or freelance platforms, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, messages, project requirements and shared files. I also keep relevant project agreements and payment records.
Website hosting may process technical visit information such as IP address, browser, requested pages and timestamps for delivery and security. If hosting analytics are enabled, traffic information such as page visits, referral sources and device or browser information may be processed to understand website use. I have not added a third-party analytics tracker to this website.
How I use information
I use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed services, communicate project updates, keep necessary business records and maintain website performance and security. Analytics, where available, help me understand traffic and improve the site.
Sharing and third-party services
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Hosting, email, messaging and freelance platforms process information as needed to provide their services, under their own privacy policies. I share project information only as needed to deliver the agreed work or comply with legal requirements. Providers may process information outside Nigeria.
Retention and security
I retain project information for up to two years after completion, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting or dispute obligations. I use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for the work. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your requests and deletion
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing odebodetaiwo2@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your enquiry or project; I may need to verify your identity. I delete information I no longer need, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Copies held by third-party platforms are also governed by those providers' policies.
