I confirm a project-specific timeline in writing before work begins. Delivery depends on scope, timely feedback, access and content. Changes or client delays may shift the schedule; I communicate any revised dates.
I'll revise the work within the agreed scope and revision rounds until it meets the agreed requirements.
Standard packages include 2–3 revision rounds; the exact number is confirmed in the written agreement. A round is one consolidated set of refinements to the brief. Extra rounds or new requirements are quoted separately before work proceeds.
Direct bookings require a 50% upfront deposit and 50% on delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Ethereum), with the method and currency agreed in writing. Fiverr and Upwork bookings follow their platform payment and dispute rules. See my Terms of Service for cancellations and refunds.
